FAQs

Can I still drink alcohol?

During the 21 day modules you can have one balance meal every week, including alcohol, if you wish too. There is a 7-day break between each of the challenges when you can eat and drink what you like (although once you realise how much better you feel, you might find yourself sticking to your new guidelines!) 

How is this different to a diet plan?

Because we don’t focus on calories. We focus on finding the food that works for your body, so that you have a blueprint for what will help you manage your weight long term. There is no one size fits all when it comes to blood sugar balance and steady insulin. This is why traditional one size fits all diet plans don’t work. This programme will create a plan that is bespoke to you.
