Welcome!  I am Sue Thomas and I believe that all women should be given the opportunity to understand how easy it is to take back control of their health and prioritise themselves for a change.

After struggling for years with different one size fits all weight loss programmes, that worked until I was left to my own devices, I realised I needed more individual help. 3 months ago I was devastated to realise that I had regained the 2 stone I had lost with a slimming club previously and it was now affecting my fertility.  Sue listened to my worries and anxieties and helped me re-frame how I think about food.  She educated me on how the right foods nourish the body, and taught me to listen to how some foods make me feel.  I discovered lots of new recipes, have learnt how to nourish my body, feel full, have lots of energy and still lose weight! I felt supported through the whole process as Sue is very easy to talk to.  I now feel I have the tools to continue to lose weight and keep it off.  Thank you Sue!
