I am Sue Thomas …

and for all my life I have had a love of food and fitness!

In my 20’s I started to really understand how food helped me to fuel my body and have boundless energy when competing in triathlons and long distance bike riding.

In my 30s …

… my focus was more on having my 3 children and eating well so that I could have the energy to give them the best start in life. By this stage I was running a busy personal training studio and I needed the right fuel to give my best to my clients and to my children!

And then in my 40’s I was struck down by an infection that required prolonged doses of antibiotics.  Fast forward 3 years and I was struggling.  I was no longer walking the talk!  My digestive system was unhappy, my hormones were out of balance and I was having to sleep in the afternoon to have enough energy for my clients and my family!

And that is when I knew …

I had to take back control

But it had to be simple and easy to implement! My focus was to heal my intestine, rebalance my hormones, improve my sleep and energy levels and rediscover my love for life! I devised an easy to follow eating plan for myself, cut out sugar, added in some targeted supplements to speed up the process, got my mind in the right place for success. By my late 40s I found myself with the energy I had in my 30s.

And now I am in my 50s and the programme I devised for myself I use to help women achieve the same thing – to take back control!  Let me help you live a full and vibrant life no matter what age!  

As well as succeeding in reaching my goal weight I have now got the tools I need to carry on even further. The habits that had been with me for such a long time are no longer there. I am not automatically grabbing a biscuit with a cup of coffee!
