The Weekly Sugar Rush - Struggling with stubborn weight after 40?

Lets talk about weight loss in this month of August.  I want to show you quick and easy ways to solve this common issue in peri menopause and menopause and that is stubborn weight!

Losing weight over 40 is no longer about calories in V calories out.  It's about getting your insulin steady.

Insulin is a key hormone needed to manage your blood sugar levels, but it also plays a big role in fat burning and storage.  As we age, insulin sensitivity declines, and we are more prone to fat storage.  Plus, if you add in other insulin disruptors like poor sleep and stress, we become highly insulin resistant.

The diet industry wants you to focus on foods that are calorie controlled, and most of these foods will spike your insulin.  Instead of burning fat, you start storing more of it.  Then, the common response is to restrict calories even more.  And life becomes miserable!

There are so many simple things you can do to help manage insulin and increase your insulin sensitivity.  Once insulin is steady, weight loss becomes simple, and you stop counting calories and start focusing on nourishing your body the right way to get the weight loss results you are looking for.

I have clients losing up to 2 stone over a period of just a few months once they understand how to steady their insulin levels. The diet industry doesn't want you to know how simple it can be - but I want to tell you!
