The Weekly Sugar Rush - 3 Tips to help you feel more energised

How are we half way through June already!  There are just over 5 months left to the end of the year! 

How have you been getting on with any goals you set for yourself this year?  Did you make plans in January to help you make lifestyle changes that perhaps have not yet come into full effect? 

Well here are three things you can do right now to help you begin to improve your long term wellbeing.    If you decide to implement them you need to make sure you are ready to be consistent and persistent with them.  This is the way that change happens.  

3 simple changes you can make right now:

  1. Get up 10 minutes earlier and take a quick walk - the sunlight in your eyes will help you sleep better at night so you have more energy

  2. Make sure you are drinking 2 litres of water a day - a hydrated body is focused, energised and proactive

  3. Squeeze half a lemon into warm water in the morning - It will support your liver health and a healthy liver makes you feel less bloated, gives you more energy and helps you to sleep better at night!
