Join me, Sue Thomas, in The Consistency Club.
​The Consistency Club is for women who rely on regular accountability to keep them moving towards their wellbeing goals.  This might be sustained weight loss, working towards improving sleep, or better hormone balance and banishing menopause symptoms.  The ladies in the club know that by surrounding themselves with a support network, and being accountable to them they are more likely to achieve their long term wellbeing goals.​
Access to the group is just £27 a month.
What you get for your Consistency Club membership:
  1. A monthly 7 day meal plan with recipe bundles to help you with food planning long term
  2. A monthly movement challenge to keep you focused on getting fitter and leaner (tailored to your needs)
  3. Weekly educational live feed around a specific theme, with a Q&A opportunity to help build and grow your understanding of nutrition and health
  4. A weekly commitment that you make to the rest of the group 'This week I commit to....'
  5. A weekly, private, weigh in opportunity if required.  Every Friday morning you weigh and measure and send me the results via private message, to help keep you accountable (this is entirely optional and also possible monthly)
  6. Ongoing support and accountability from a network of ladies working to achieve the same goals
  7. Stay accountable to achieving the 80/20 rule of eating clean with no sugar, alcohol or caffeine for 80% of the time 
  8. Regular guest speakers who are specialists in areas such as mindset, exercise, self belief etc who come into the group to do live presentations
  9. Access to recordings of public webinars delivered around digestive health, better sleep, hormone balance, truth about sugar etc.  These webinars are only available live outside of the group.
