Follow the guidelines and stay accountable for three 21 day sections.  The focus is to be sugar free for the first 21 days.  Take a 7 day break.  Then spend the next 21 days improving your sleep.  Followed, after another 7 days, by a third challenge to balance hormones. 

Self Care Handbook
